This is the vintage NOEL banner I taught at the crop. I can't wait til I can hang this in my window or over the mirror in the dining room!
The crop has ended :( but you still have until Tues to complete any or all of the challenges. The fast scraps are closed but you can find the challenges here.
The first and last banner have a wreath made of Maya Rose ribbons and some bling.

BEAUTIFUL......do you have a video on how to make those LUCIOUS flowers, or were they purchased?
