"But what do you do with it?"

My niece recently asked me this question and I was a bit hard put to answer. What do I do with all the things I have created? What do I do with all the little houses, both haunted and not, the painted and festooned martini glasses, the acrylic mini books, the painted canvases, the dress forms, the hinged "Friends" and "Love" thingys, the tiny printer's box? Well, the ones I don't give away, I put on this overflowing, crammed to the walls niche above my closet here in my work room where I can look at them and enjoy the pleasure and remember the angst I experienced during the process.

And what about the rest of the stuff I have accumulated...the flowers, the ribbons, the paints, the specialty papers, the one of a pair earrings and the broaches missing a stone or two that I've discovered at antique stores and flea markets or belt buckles like the ones I found at Mystic Papers in AZ? My theory, and excuse, is you just never know when you might need one of these so to have is better than to have not, right? Besides that I freely admit I am a pack rat...er, ah collector. And I come from a long line of 'collectors'...it is just in my blood. That is my story and I am sticking to it!
