Every year I try to create something for our home for the holidays. I've done wreaths for our door, candle holders, an angel for the tree and more. This year, thanks to Art Anthology and Stampendous, I made this pretty wreath for our Christmas tree.

Gecko Galz Christmas Projects
This is my card made with our cross promo for December with Robyn Gough. I created a shaker card using one of the Gecko Galz collage images and ornament image and the background paper from Robyn. I love how this one turned out. It is one of my favorites for sure.
I made this gift tag from another of the digital collage downloads from Gecko Galz. I am never disappointed in the wonderful variety of stamps, papers, and images I get from GG. (pardon the colors in the photo...they are much more vibrant in real life).
Have a great holiday!

Breast Cancer Awareness Month at Art Anthology
For my second project at Art Anthology this month, I did a dimensional canvas with thoughts of my friends who have fought breast cancer. Three won the battle and one did not. This is also for my Gramdma and my aunts, Rita and Fran who also have had this horrific illness. I gave this piece to one of my survivor friends yesterday.
To find out how I made this canvas piece with the dimensional fabric flower and the butterflies, check it out HERE on the Art Anthology blog. And, as always, thanks for looking. All comments are so appreciated.

A bit of Halloween magic with Art Anthology
Every October, I create a new piece to add to my haunted houses, the Nevermore Poe box complete with raven, my Witchy Woman and the masque. This year, using the amazing products from Art Anthology, I created a witch's cup. For complete directions and detailed photos, check out the Art Anthology blog HERE.
Hopefully, I can repost some of the other Halloween projects mentioned above or at least provide my blog links. Most are on my Pinterest board, Creating under the Palms

Getting hyped up for Halloween
Every September, I get the Halloween itch. I feel the need to create in shades of black, orange, purple etc. Spider webs and potions spin through my head. I've already started with two projects. One will premier on Art Anthology on Oct 11 and this one for Gecko Galz will go live at that site sometime this weekend.
I have been watching all the previews for the animated movie, The Box Trolls, and, inspired by them, created one of my own. I started with a box that enclosed a skin lotion I love. It had a very detailed print that I covered with Gesso from Art Anthology. After the Gesso dried, I painted on Art Anthology's Dimensional Crystal paint in Amethyst and used a black marker to edge. The images on the box are a combination of downloads from Gecko Galz and our cross promo provider Rhonda's Originals. I sure had fun with this one and it will join the other Halloween creations I've made over the years.
The downloads from Gecko Galz may be purchased at Gecko Galz etsy shop. If you want lots of treats without tricks, check out both sites for great image downloads.

Down by the Sea for Art Anthology
Coming back from vacation is always tough. We tend to get caught up in the unpacking, laundry and catching up on missed chores that piled up while we were away. I wanted to capture some of the carefree atmosphere I experienced during our 3 weeks at the beach so I created this 3 giant tag to help take me back. Thanks to Art Anthology's wonderful paints and sprays and Gecko Galz Umbrella Girls images, I think I did just that.
For detailed directions on how I created this and the products I used, click HERE. Be sure to check out the design work by my team mates at both Art Anthology and Gecko Galz.

I love all the wonderful chipboard albums available from Basically Bare and the fact that refills are available for all the Artful Binder ones. Check out what I did with this one HERE.
These flowers were a delight to paint and give dimension with the products from Art Anthology.

Found Object Redoux
I've been playing with my "Found Object" mermaid in a bottle and, thanks to Beacon Adhesives ' Glass, Metal & More permanent glue, I've added some shells to the outside of the bottle as well as scattering a few on the bottom. This was the original with more "watercolor" added and the addition of the shells.
And this is the version in the "watercolored" wine bottle...
Will keep on 'kicking it up a notch' over the summer and gathering shells from the beach. Thanks for looking.

Teaser Alert!
A little sneak peak at my mini for Whim So Doodle in St. Pete, Fl. Have fallen in love with the new G45 "An Eerie Tale Collection" and Whim's has it all. I'll be mailing the mini album in its entirety out Sat. so it should be in the shop by Monday for sure.
The colors are gorgeous, the design is spell binding and it is never too soon to pick up some fall papers.
Gecko Galz Featured Designer for July
I was thrilled when the owner of Gecko Galz asked me to be the featured designer and could not wait to play with the selected papers and images I was sent. These are my projects that appeared in this month's Gecko Galz newsletter.
As always, thank you for looking.

Cruisin' to Cozumel (some inside pages) Part II
About a week ago, I did my Basically Bare reveal on my travel journal for an up coming cruise. I showed the cover and the day by day divider pages here. Yesterday, part II of my travel journal went live HERE on the Basically Bare blog. On yesterday's blog, I showed a flip page, a pocket page and ...well, see for yourself.
To see the rest of my reveal, head on over to the blog. As always, thanks for looking.
