LuminArte Twinkling H20s, Canvas Home Basics and Helmar USA: what a team!

After the instructors' class at Posh Scraps,  I was given three of Canvas Home Basic's Canvas Sacs as a thank you gift and could not wait to play.   Inspired by some of the beautiful bags created by students of Cheryl Mezzetti's, I decided to throw out my To Do List and play the day away.  These are the results.  I dyed the canvas bag and the envelope with Twinkling H20s and went on from there.
On this bag, I stamped the shell with Twinkling H20's using a technique I learned last night onto the bag and then onto a piece of June Tailor's Fabric Stick Adhesive Backed fabric sheets.  I heat set both images and, for the above sack, placed cotton on top.  I peeled off the back of the adhesive backed image and placed it over the top making sure all the edges were securely adhered.  I am a sucker for 3 D!

This is the envelope after I dyed it and heat set it. Next, I  used the Helmar all purpose adhesive to adhere the lace and trim.  I cut out the flowers from some fabric I had and used Helmar's Fabric Stiffener and Draping Liquid to give dimension to the shapes.   Although I could have heat set these, I allowed them to sun dry shaping them as they dried.  Then I used the Helmar's Liquid Glue dots under the shapes to keep them 3D.  It takes a while to dry but well worth the weight.

This is the back of the envelop.
Now, to clean up the mess in my room!
