Wanted: 11 kindred spirits to partake in a post card exchange

I posted recently about the lost art of writing. Cursive is no longer being taught in many schools due to time constraints and the belief that 'handwriting' is unnecessary and perhaps archaic. I am sad.

As much as I enjoy emails, I LOVE getting handwritten mail. It seems the only time it comes now is Christmas.

I invite 11 of you who believe as I do and who also love to create to take part in a post card exchange. Each month you will create ONE post card (can even be a reproduction of a vintage one) and send it to the person who is to be honored that month. And so on...till all 12 of us receive 12 postcards during our one month of the year. The recipient can either pick a theme for us for her month or she can leave it up to our whimsy!

If you are interested, please contact me at eeickmeier@hotmail.com. We would not start until July at the earliest. Hoping to hear from YOU!
